Hi, I’m Katerina — a Mental Well-Being Consultant supporting expats worldwide.
Living across Canada, Russia, Spain, and Jamaica taught me how exciting — and overwhelming! —living abroad can feel.
That’s why I help expats who feel anxious, lost, or caught between cultures find clarity, emotional stability and direction.
With training in psychological counseling and advanced Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I offer ethical, compassionate support to help you understand yourself better and live a life that reflects your values.
My Journey
Before training in psychology, I studied Business in Canada and worked in international environments. Along the way, I became really curious about how people adapt, find meaning, and stay true to themselves — especially while living across cultures.
Having relocated more than once, I personally experienced the mix of excitement and uncertainly that comes with it. As well as the longing for stability when everything around you changes!
That curiosity and experience led me to study psychological counseling in Russia and complete advanced training in ACT — an evidence-based approach that helps people create meaningful change by aligning actions with values.
While I am not licensed as a psychologist in Canada or the EU, I provide respectful and ethical guidance for adults navigating life abroad, emotional transitions, and personal growth.
